A member of a pioneer family of the Pacific Northwest, Joseph Drumheller (1900-1970), was a Spokane businessman and politician who also served as a regent of the University of Washington. Born in Spokane, Washington, Drumheller attended public schools in that city and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (1923) from the University of Washington.
